Requirements

• Define meaningful requirements that can be included in RFPs or other planning documents
• Extract and organize requirements from source documents against a work breakdown structure
• Update requirement documents as necessary

Verification

• Plan and prioritize verification audits based on risk assessment of work elements
• Conduct verification audits of the program’s work elements, including processes, products and management
• Capture and categorize findings as either “in conformance” or “in non-conformance”

Performance Monitoring

• Prepare performance reports, including graphical summary of trends and detected issues
• Track non-conformance until corrected and verified

Acceptance

• Define and document conditions of an acceptance
• Link quality records to final acceptance status
• Prepare reports and graphs that depict final acceptance status
• Support completion, acceptance and warranty
